1. The Instant Access Model

AddTour provides a "no-account" publishing platform for creators and musicians. We do not store traditional user accounts, usernames, or passwords.

• Age Restriction: By using AddTour, you confirm that you meet the minimum age of digital consent required by your local jurisdiction.
• Ownership: Widget ownership is managed solely through a unique Widget ID and a Secret Edit Key provided at creation.
• Your Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for the tour dates and ticket links you post, and for safeguarding your edit keys. If you lose access to a widget's key, AddTour cannot recover your content.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

AddTour is intended to help fans find legitimate tour dates and tickets. While we do not police every widget, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud & Deception: Phishing, fake ticket scams, scalper rings, or deceptive impersonation of artists, venues, or promoters.
• Illegal & Harmful: Any content that is illegal, promotes violence, or facilitates the distribution of malware.
• Abuse: Attempting to disrupt our infrastructure or automate bulk creation of widgets for spam purposes.

3. Premium Upgrades & Payments

AddTour is free to use with a watermark. Users may optionally upgrade for $9.99/year to remove it.

• Payment Processing: All payments are handled securely via Stripe. AddTour does not process or store your credit card information.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations can be managed instantly via the Stripe billing portal, accessible directly from the Settings menu within your widget builder. Alternatively, you can contact our support team and we will happily process the cancellation for you.
• Refunds: Due to the instant-access nature of the platform, payments are non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable local law.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

You retain ownership of your tour data, but by using AddTour, you grant us the license required to host and display it in the widget.

• Right to Remove: We reserve the right to suspend or remove any widget that violates these terms, links to malicious/fake ticketing sites, or is deemed harmful to the community without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

AddTour is provided "as is" and "as available". We offer no warranties regarding uptime, ticket sales, or data persistence.

• Unannounced Maintenance: Because our architecture means we do not collect or maintain user email lists for communication, we have no way to send platform-wide warning messages. Therefore, the service may experience unannounced downtime for routine maintenance, security patches, or feature upgrades.
• Not a Promoter or Ticketing Platform: AddTour solely provides software to display information. We are not responsible for canceled shows, venue changes, or broken ticket links.
• Third-Party Links: Fans viewing your widget are interacting with your provided third-party ticket links at their own risk. We accept no liability for any financial losses, ticketing disputes, or damages resulting from the use of our widget.
• Responsibility for Your Links: Because you control the content on your widget, you are legally responsible for it. If your widget violates these terms (such as hosting fraudulent ticket scams) and results in a legal claim against AddTour, you agree to indemnify us and cover the associated damages or legal costs.

6. Updates & Governing Law

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform, including the use of your edit keys to update content, constitutes your full acceptance of any revised terms.
