1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AddTour collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service. AddTour operates without traditional user accounts, strictly limiting the scope of data required to run the platform.

2. Information We Collect

To provide and maintain the AddTour service, we collect the following information:

• Widget Data: The information you actively input to generate your widget, including dates, venue names, locations, and ticket URLs.
• Authentication Data: Your Widget ID and a secure, one-way hashed version of your edit key. We cannot view or recover your original key.
• Premium Upgrade Data: If you purchase a Premium subscription, our system stores a secure payment reference to verify your active status. All billing details, payment processing, and email receipt generation are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. AddTour does not process or store credit card information or email addresses.
• Infrastructure Data: For performance and network protection, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) temporarily logs standard web requests, which may include IP addresses. This data is used strictly for network security and is routinely purged.

3. Local Storage

AddTour utilizes your browser's local storage solely for essential platform functionality, such as maintaining your active editing session and securing your connection against automated abuse. We do not use cookies or local storage for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Analytics & Tracking

AddTour does not deploy third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixels) or cross-site tracking scripts on public-facing widgets. User interactions with a generated tour widget are not tracked by AddTour.

5. Third-Party Services

We share necessary technical data with trusted partners strictly to safely operate the service:

• Stripe: Processes transactions and manages subscription portals.
• Cloudflare: Provides global content delivery and network security.
• picoWebs: Secures and hosts our backend database.

6. Data Sharing & Law Enforcement

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your data. Information is only shared outside of our necessary infrastructure partners if we receive a valid, legally binding request from law enforcement. In such cases, we can only provide the limited data we retain regarding your widget and subscription.
